Customers are kindly responsible for shipping the item to Dazzle Jewels. However, the
good news is that we will cover the cost of shipping the replated item back to
you. Your convenience is our priority.

Service Eligibility:

It's important to note that our lifetime replating service is exclusively available
for jewelry items made from sterling silver. The eligibility of your item for
replating is subject to Dazzle Jewels' discretion.
