Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping:

At Dazzle Jewels, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient
shipping and delivery process for your orders. Please take note of the
following details:

Shipping Time:

 

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped
    within 48 hours. It's important to mention that personalized items may
    require additional processing time.

 

Split Orders:

 

  • If your order consists of both personalized
    and non-personalized items, we will split the order. Non-personalized
    items will be delivered ahead of personalized ones.

 

Shipping Charges:

 

  • We offer free shipping on all orders. However,
    please be aware that international orders and returns are not eligible for
    free shipping.

 

Tracking:

 

  • We believe in keeping you informed. As soon as
    your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details through WhatsApp,
    email, and SMS.

 

Partial Deliveries:

 

  • If you order non-personalized or Gold jewelry
    along with other items, your order might arrive in separate shipments.

 

Returns:

Our goal is your satisfaction, and we offer a convenient return policy:

Return Policy:

 

  • We provide a 15-day return policy for all
    unused and unworn items, no questions asked. Please note that this policy
    does not apply to personalized jewelry unless they are defective or
    spurious. The processing of refunds is subject to an inspection of the
    returned items.

 

Refund Policy:

 

  • When you request a return, the refund will be
    initiated once we receive the product in our warehouse.

 

Replacement & Exchange:

 

  • We understand that your preferences may
    change. You can request a replacement or exchange of your order, subject
    to the same conditions as returns. Replacement shipments will be arranged
    after the initial return has been collected or delivered (in the case of
    Gold items).

 

Return Process:

 

  • Initiating a return is easy through our
    website or app. Alternatively, you can reach out to our Customer Support
    team at care@dazzlejewels.in , and they will guide you through the
    process. We kindly ask for your availability during the reverse pick-up
    and that you respond to calls from the delivery partner. If you miss the
    pick-up or are unable to answer the calls, the delivery partner may need
    to cancel the reverse pick-up, requiring the process to be re-initiated.

 

Non-Serviceable Pin Codes:

 

  • While most pin codes are serviced for both
    forward and reverse deliveries, in rare cases, certain pin codes may only
    be forward serviceable. In such instances, we may request you to return
    the product using an alternate courier service, like India Post. We will
    reimburse all reasonable shipping costs (up to Rs 75) incurred by you for
    these returns. Charges exceeding Rs. 75 will be adjusted against your
    refund. For non-serviceable pin codes, you are responsible for returning
    the jewelry to our warehouse, and you will receive Rs. 75 for shipping
    charges with your refund.

 

Missing or Empty Parcel:

  • If you receive an empty parcel or have missing
    products in your order, please contact our customer support team within 48
    hours of receiving the package. We will require a 360-degree unpacking
    video of the parcel to assist with your request. Please note that
    insufficient evidence or visible tampering with the package may affect the
    eligibility of your claim, and the final decision will be at our
    discretion.
