    when the order tracking is marked as "delivered." Should you
    need to file a claim, it must be done within 180 or 365 days from this
    delivery date, depending on the product type.

    including our company website or stores. Purchases made through
    third-party retailers are not covered under our warranty. For assistance
    with third-party purchases, customers should contact the respective
