Return & Refund Policy

At Dazzle, we strive to ensure that you love every piece of silver jewellery you purchase from us. However, if for any reason you're not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unworn and in its original condition
    • Returned in the original packaging, including any certificates, pouches, or tags
    • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
  • Customized, engraved, or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, please email us at rishabh@dazzlejewels.in with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will guide you through the return shipping process.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and will be credited to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping charges and any applicable transaction fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

 

Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
